News: Elton John, Madonna
Elton John Thinks Madonna Looks Like A Stripper
A recent interview with Elton John has revealed the legendary artist has strong feelings towards the direction Madonna’s career has taken.
While chatting with interviewer Molly Meldrum (@7:20), Elton eventually got on the subject of Madonna and her current album and promotional cycle. He had the following (fantastic) quotes:
“Why is she such a nightmare? Her career is over, I can tell you that. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn’t happen to a bigger cunt.”
Dialing back the claws a bit to explain his reasoning, Elton continued:
“If Madonna had any common sense, she would have made a record like Ray of Light, stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and made great pop records, which she does brilliantly. But no, she had to prove that she was like… and she looks like a fucking fairground stripper.”
He also thinks that Madge has been “horrible” to Lady Gaga, who is the godmother of his child. Since the interview aired, Elton has claimed that the conversation was supposed to be “off the cuff,” but he should know better than to say anything like that in front of a camera if he doesn’t want it to hit the general public. And who cares? He should own up to it. It’s easily the best thing any human will say in 2012.
The two have been bickering back and forth in a “feud” for quite some time, with things escalating earlier this year when Elton’s husband David Furnish told Madonna to fuck off after she beat out Elton for the Best Original Song at this year’s Golden Globes.
Elton’s latest record Good Morning to the Night is a remix project which found him teaming up with Australian duo Pnau to mashup some of his biggest hits. Madonna’s latest record, MDNA, made a brief appearance on the top of the charts before falling off straight into the deepest pits of hell.

Now to see if Madonna fans are just as rabid as Glamberts.
Nothing better than two washed up hacks fighting each other to stay in the headlines.
