Listen To The Killers’ New Song ‘Runaways’
The Killers are set to make a return with Battle Born, their new album after a four-year spell following the release of Day & Age. Today, we’ve got a brand new track from the band.
Our first taste of Battle Born is Runaways, a taste of revitalization in what The Killers do best. Amid a wash of synths and a galloping pulse-racer rhythm, Runaways reignites an excitement for what Brandon Flowers and friends have made a name for themselves with thus far.
“We’re all just runaways / I knew it when I met you / I’m not gonna let you runaway / I knew it when I held you I wasn’t letting go,” sings Flowers in the chorus.
Battle Born will be released on September 18th via Island Records.
