Blackalicious Re-Release Their Debut Ep ‘Melodica’ This July
Find yourself tired of all the modern day music Rap/Hip Hop has to offer, from the Kanye’s to the god awful SpaceGhostDerp’s? If so, we got you covered with the latest track from West Coast independent hip hop legends Gift of Gab and Chief Xcel, better known to the world as Blackalicious.
It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything from group since their last release The Craft in 2005. However, we now have news that the duo are gearing up to re-release their debut EP ‘Melodica’ this month. What’s so exciting about that, right? Well my friend, if I am your friend, this will be the first time the album will be released digitally and it will also include an unreleased bonus cut, Changes, produced by by Xcel, the legendary DJ Shadow and UNKLE’s James Levelle.
