Sigur Rós Release Video for ‘Fjögur Píanó’
The Valtari “mystery film experiment” marches on, as Iceland’s Sigur Rós released the third video of the project today, this one for the album’s closing track “Fjögur píanó.” The video is directed by Alma Har’el (whose Bombay Beach won Best Documentary at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival), and you’ll immediately recognize actor / rabble-rouser Shia LaBeouf, who wastes little time getting completely weird to the tune of this spaced-out, eight-plus minute jam. And if completely weird wasn’t sufficient, he then drops trou and gets completely naked along with his female co-star.
