As if topping today’s list of great Beatles covers wasn’t enough for Fiona Apple, tonight on Jimmy Fallon’s show, in honor of Paul McCartney’s birthday, she covered Let Me Roll It from Wings’ Band On The Run album, backed by The Roots:
