Tenacious D Recruit Danny McBride as ‘The Roadie’ For New Video
In their incessant quest to dominate pre-release internet buzz, Tenacious D unveiled the 7-minute mini-opus music video for Roadie earlier today, via Funny or Die.
The clip is one of the more amusing ones they’ve released thus far, following in the footsteps of the zany Rize of the Fenix and To Be the Best videos. While the album itself wasn’t particularly praised here on AQ , these mini-movies have just about made up for the album’s faults – just watch Danny McBride star as the titular roadie, clad in an outfit that would make the Undertaker proud:
