Stone Temple Pilots’ Lost ‘Cinnamon’ Video Unearthed
Stone Temple Pilots shot two videos for the single, Cinnamon, from their 2010 self-titled release.
STP actually shot two videos for the song, though neither ever saw the light of day. The first was led by directors Aggressive (Alex Topaller and Dan Shapiro), while the second version, which you can watch below, was directed by Dennis Roberts.
The first clip surfaced sometime last week, but has already been taken down by Warner Music Group. Now, the second version has surfaced. Check it out:
With Velvet Revolver in Weiland’s rearview mirror and a new album in the works, it’s likely that we’ll see more action from STP in the not-too-distant future. We’ll keep you posted.

‘The Tragically Hip’ wrote this song better in 2006, before STP wrote it in 2010. Unfortunately for STP, they should have burned 90% of the songs on this album. The DeLeo’s need to get Ray Luzier and Richard Patrick and write another absolutely incredible album, just as they did before under the title ‘Army of Anyone’.

I was hoping you’d be totally wrong about The Tragically Hip’s song, but it’s very very close.
