Watch The Kills’ ‘Into The Unknown’ Short Film

Having recently teased fans for the release of a concert film, The Kills are now presenting more pleasant visuals, in the form of a short documentary of sorts for Vogue, entitled Into The Unknown.

The footage, directed by Giorgio Testi and filmed earlier this month at the Brixton Academy in Londo, provides an insightful look at the pre-show tension that the artists go through, the experience of being onstage, and what it feels like once a gig is over. The song featured on the video is a live, extended version of the amazing Pots And Pans, featuring the ”Black Rooster Drum Corps and Choir”, a group of percussionists and backup singers assembled by The Kills to enhance the sound of certain songs. The 7-minute short can be seen at Vogue’s website.

Meanwhile, The Kills’ cover of the Christmas song Silent Night can be found here. They will tour the US starting next month, culminating with a 10th-year anniversary show at New York’s Terminal 5. The dates are as follows:
