News: Radiohead
Radiohead To Release ‘From The Basement’ On DVD
While certain bands are keen on releasing a live DVD for every album/tour cycle they make, Radiohead usually go against this trend. They occasionally allow their gigs to be broadcast on TV (which, of course, means that bootlegging will occur), and have appeared a few times on the From The Basement series, directed by their longtime producer Nigel Godrich. That being said, it’s surprising to see that Radiohead’s tremendously good latest gig for the series will see a proper physical release.
The King of Limbs Live From The Basement, on which the group perform their latest album The King of Limbs (as well as a couple of unreleased tracks) in a studio, will be available on DVD/BluRay, including a 32-page hardback book of photos from the session, and a performance of the song Supercollider as a bonus. The tracklisting is as follows:
1. Bloom
2. The Daily Mail
3. Feral
4. Little By Little
5. Codex
6. Separator
7. Lotus Flower
8. Staircase
9. Morning Mr. Magpie
10. Give Up The Ghost
Bonus Track:
Supercollider
The DVD/BluRay is available for preordering on their official site, scheduled to ship in time “for Christmas Delivery.” A digital version will be included with all purchases, and will also be available to be purchased separately on December 19, via iTunes. The physical release will also hit the stores in January 2012. Next year, Radiohead will finally go on tour again.

This was an awesome performance. Great up close and intimate shots of the band. Highly recommend taking a look :)
