Listen To Noel Gallagher’s ‘If I Had A Gun’
Noel Gallagher, the less-assholish half of what made Oasis good, has returned with If I Had A Gun, a lush and Britpopilicious jam that’s good music for buttered biscuits and coffee in the morning. Can’t see this getting much midday play, however. See for yourself below… and no, that’s not the intro to Wonderwall.
Gallagher’s High Flying Birds album, his first official project since his split with Oasis in 2009, is set to be released on November 8th on Sour Mash/Mercury. He’ll tour in the Fall to spread the word.

If he played music with as much passion as he talks bullshit and was as soft-spoken as this song plays out, I might actually take a liking to the guy.

F’n stoked for this album. I agree that he is the better part of Oasis. Fingers crossed he tours the states.
Love this song, my favorite of the 3 Noel’s released so far. Can’t wait to hear the rest…it blows Beady Eye away, honestly.
