For over 25 years The Flaming Lips have left their twisted acid-fueled mark upon our cultural landscape. Walk into any county fair this summer and one can’t think that Flips frontman Wayne Coyne should be getting a kickback on the overpriced yet hilarious new attraction “Hamster Ball on Water”. From boombox concerts in parking lots to their headline appearance at the Peach Pit After Dark, these Oklahoma City locals have always found a way to think outside of the box. Yet for the band’s latest creation, let’s just say it cooks for about 9 months inside of a box.

With the groups Record Store Day 2011 Gummy Skull long sold out, the Fearless Freaks have taken it to the next level of sugary cannibal goodness with Gummy Fetuses.
