Watch: Bon Iver’s Video for ‘Calgary’
Bon Iver’s latest effort, a self-titled sophomore album that is already being raved about, is due out on June 21st. The first single Calgary – which is a beautiful sample of the illustrious sights and sounds that Vernon and Co’s latest has to offer – was released last month, and now the video for that track has been made available online.
The video was filmed in Fall Creek, WI in April, and was directed by Andre Durand and Dan Huiting. You can watch the surreal and breathtaking video below, as it takes the audience to a trip through projected pretty people in beds, swamps that may or may not be where Swamp Thing currently resides, and a couple more pretty people – thrown in there to make the already attractive video even easier to look at.
