Watch PJ Harvey’s Video Collection For ‘Let England Shake’

By Fernando Scoczynski Filho

Released back in February, PJ Harvey‘s Let England Shake remains one of the best albums this year has offered so far. As if the great effort she put into recording the music wasn’t enough, she took the extra pains to make a video accompaniment for each of the LP’s twelve tracks.

Starting December last year, the “short films” were released slowly over the months, being that All And Everyone, the last (and possibly best) one, came out this week. The videos range from beautiful to extremely odd, but overall they’re still a great excuse to listen to the album again. We’ve compiled all twelve of them below, in the record’s original tracklisting, for your viewing pleasure:

Let England Shake

The Last Living Rose

The Glorious Land

The Words That Maketh Murder

>

All and Everyone

On Battleship Hill

England

In the Dark Places

Bitter Branches

Hanging in the Wire

Written on the Forehead

The Colour of the Earth
