Listen To Death Cab For Cutie: ‘Home Is A Fire’
Another new Death Cab For Cutie song from Codes and Keys has surfaced, just as we were getting ready to watch them record a live video in one take.
The track, called Home Is a Fire, will be released with the album’s first single You Are A Tourist on April 16th, Record Store Day. As Some Kind of Awesome pointed out, the track has more of a Postal Service feel than Tourist. It’s also considerably more engaging than the single, a promising sign of what to expect when Codes and Keys sees its release next month.

Not overly impressed, but this isn’t terrible either. When the narrow stairs came out, I was pretty disappointed with the album. There were a few gems on there, but I got more enjoyment out of The Open Door EP, which was kind of a b-sides follow up/leftovers from there.
Sounds as if the Postal Service had a stroke.
