It’s got to be better than “Loyalty To Loyalty”. I can’t remember hearing a more dreary and painful album.
Listening to this again, you’ve got to appreciate the attempt by Nathan sing vs. his usual vocal delivery. Plus this song has way more softer edges than the average CWK song. A nice toning down of the ever present jangly guitars and it works very well. Very much dig.
It sounds like the direction the Kings of Leon went after Aha.
