I honestly don’t know what to make of this after a couple listens. It sounds like Z-Trip, De La Soul and Gorillaz got together to write a commercial jingle while candyflipping with a gallon of Mr. Bubble. I thought I hated it, then it dug into my head like a shiny happy little tick. Now I can’t stop playing it.
This shit is interesting, to say the least. Really looking forward to the Beach.

It’s been on a loop for the past 10 minutes. I have to say I quite dig it. Can’t wait to see them in Coachella. Been 8 years since they were in LA I believe. Far too long.

Both of the Gorillaz’s albums grew on me “like a shiny happy little tick”. I’m excited for this one. The others I waited til they were out a while and had been almost overplayed for me.
Apparently De La Soul features on this track. I’m assuming you already knew that. If not, good ear to catch it like that.

Could’nt believe it at first, thinking I will never be intrested in this band again, but after half a minute my head started banging slowly and a smile found it’s way on my face, so yeah, also waiting for the album.
I love it. I loved it from the first few seconds, and it only got better.
People are uncertain about it at first because it’s so original.
