Vaccinate Wildly

Evil Cowards, featuring Electric Six frontman Dick Valentine (AKA Tyler Spencer, Jackson Pounder, etc) released an album entitled Covered In Gas this past May. The debut was mired in international controversy; as TMZ reported, former South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun committed suicide after playing the LP version backwards. This was after an advance copy inspired the Tamil Tigers to relocate to Miami, forfeiting the Sri Lankan Civil War after nearly 25 years of costly, gruesome rap battles. And of course then there was the whole “swine” flu thing.

Despite all of these unfortunate incidents, and all of the distracting media hoopla, Covered In Gas featured a remarkable density of modern pop songs with responsible, positive messages. As this new official video reminds us, opening track Love Pigs was no exception.

No, but seriously, there’s the new (sorta) video, and the album is great. Check out our completely serious (not even remotely biased or hyperbolic) in-depth review here.

Thanks to Jerko for the tip. Facts checked by Peter Nguyen.
