I thought it was more just the fact that a man is slapping another man that makes it a bitchslap, as in, the slappee was made to look like a bitch. Not sure if it matters which side of the hand, though backhand probably hurts more. Idk.
Either way, agreed, the “slap” looked way off mark. they shoulda rehearsed a bit more to make it look more realistic, maybe went method and actually done it for real…. Still, great to see………

An open handed slap…. is a regular slap. The urban dictionary is written by suburban white people, and should never be consulted for matters such as these.
The bitchslap has always been the back of the hand against the cheek. Real pimps slap first and ask questions later, and only when in a position of personal insult, resort to the bitchslap. The back-hand is much more serious when you’re wearing many rings, and is to be used only in serious matters.
