Johnny and I caught the debut of The Dead Weather’s new video for I Cut Like A Buffalo (via The Third Man Vault), while in Austin last week for ACL.

The surreal video was directed by Jack White, who seems to have been channeling Michel Gondry with David Lynch’s brain.
We suffered sleep deprivation through most of our jaunt, which only amplified the weirdness of the experience. However, now that we’re home, and the video has found its way outside of the sacred confines of The Vault, I can say that it wasn’t just our short circuiting brains gluing us to the screen.
