First Single, True Release Date, And LA Show For Crooked Vultures?

While Them Crooked Vultures have been slyly avoiding announcement of an exact date, frontman Josh Homme has promised a self-titled debut album, coming this year. Now, according to FMQB, we have a release date for both the album and its lead single. New Fang hits radio on Monday, October 26th. The album comes out in less than a month, on November 17th.
For months now Amazon’s UK site has had a shady listing for a Crooked Vultures album set for a November 24th release (suggesting a November 23rd US release), which very recently became much-hyped “news.” However, this new information reportedly comes straight from Interscope, and it’s being supported by many other players, including 102.1 The Edge DJ Alan Cross, who teased Monday’s arrival of the single via Twitter.
Furthermore, a friend of TCV forum commenter Serrano spotted what seems to have been a revealing accident; The Wiltern Theater marquee briefly advertised a performance by Them Crooked Vultures set for November 17th, presumably a Los Angeles album release party. The listing was apparently quickly removed from the marquee. Unless, of course, this show is another crooked hoax? We shall see…
Them Crooked Vultures recently completed a brief US tour and are set to head back to Europe in December. No songs have been officially released yet, and fans have been relying on bootlegs and official teaser videos so far. Expect a review here on Antiquiet near the album’s release date.
UPDATE: Interscope has confirmed the news, along with the tracklist posted in comments below.

That is some great news.
Based on the shows I saw, I can already determine that this will be the best record I’ve heard this year.
Hmm i’m free Nov 17th. Bring it on!
Bleach reissue, Nirvana live @ Reading DVD/CD, Assassins Creed II and TCV album, Could November get any better?
Oh, yes :) And here’s complete track listing:

Interlude With Ludes

that tracklist is legit. thanks jerry. there’s album art now too, on interscope’s site.
the following week is umg’s biggest release week all year. kinda glad tcv wasn’t thrown into that mix. should be a strong chart debut, at least until 50 cent, rihanna, lady gaga and timbaland all release brand new albums on the same day.
So glad Warsaw made the cut. Just an amazing track. I would have placed it at the end.
Can’t wait to hear Interlude with Ludes recorded…
Just pre-ordered the vinyl package. SWEET.
best band I never heard.
This album is amazing, but I really love the next one even more. It’s the best album ever. I know it doesn’t exist and all, but it has names that I know attached to it, so how could it not be the greatest thing since Jack Whites newest band?
=P
