AFI have kicked off their tour in support of Crash Love, and during soundcheck yesterday they recorded a damn good version of Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust.

For what its worth they did an acoustic version of this song awhile back that was equally impressive.
davey used to come into miyagi’s bar on sunset where a couple friends of ours worked. he’d do this song karaoke among queen and gnr songs, and killed the shit out of ‘em.
