We’re extremely skeptical of his opinion that video games will ever be a practical way to distribute music, but he’s on the right track with the rest. He told interviewer Todd Martens that he plans to have a long talk with Trent Reznor in Europe this Summer, where Metallica will find themselves on tour with Nine Inch Nails.

At least with my friends who aren’t as into music as I am, Guitar Hero has exposed them to some pretty kickass bands they wouldn’t've heard otherwise.
