Trent Reznor and Dr. Dre Team Up For ‘Daisy’ Music Service

Dr. Dre, Trent Reznor, Music

We know what you are thinking. You really wish Dr. Dre and Trent Reznor would team up to create a streaming music service that understands that that just because you listen to Soundgarden you don’t want to be insulted by the notion that you would also enjoy the music of Hinder.

Well you are in luck, because that is exact service is coming your way in 2013. Reznor recently shared with The New Yorker that he has teamed with Dre to create the music service Daisy.

As Consequence of Sound points out, Daisy is a “platform in which the machine and the human would collide more intimately.” Reznor goes onto share that the service is “like having your own guy when you go into the record store, who knows what you like but can also point you down some paths you wouldn’t necessarily have encountered.”

No word as to when Daisy will go live, nor can we confirm if that nifty Nine Inch Nails/50 Cent mash-up will wreck havoc on the sites algorithm.
