Stream Pearl Jam’s Double-Disc ‘PJ20′ Soundtrack

Pearl Jam, Music

We’re seriously stepping into some near-fansite territory here, but Pearl Jam just made their PJ20 soundtrack compilation available for streaming over at Rolling Stone, and we’d be fools not to recommend you to give a listen. Cameron Crowe, who directed the PJ20 documentary, showcasing the band’s two decades-long career, also acted as a curator to this double-record – a soundtrack of sorts to the film.

PJ fansite, you might as well change your url to pearljam.org

Theres a lot of quality new music out there to cover and you just don’t which is why your traffic is falling off your smelly park bench quicker than a pissed up wino. PJ are my favourate band but you guys have got to cover something fresh as well and I’m not talking about that folk crap from Bon whateverhisnameis. This site lately is looking no better than a blog.

This is a stream of music all the hardcore PJ fans have heard live a million times before. Cover a great band called The Dear Hunter who put out a concept 9 EP box set of zero compromise, aural technicolour and hipster free musical sex.

    • We started our own music site to write our own rules.

I put my heart into Pearl Jam for 20 years, and I was at the PJ20 festival, so you’re going to damn well see a great deal of Pearl Jam coverage on here. Truth be told, I’ve had my fill – but we’re not going to ignore an awesome update. We’ll get to our share of the rest of the greatness in good time. Until then, enjoy the peaks and bear these alleged valleys, or click onward, my man. Peace be with you no matter which way you go.

The festival coverage was a sure fire article which I gobbled up like a 5 dollar crack whore but one can have too much of a good thing.

I like swordfish steak but if I was eating it every other day it would start to lose its appeal. Throw us a new dish, tickle us under the chin with something fresh and tasty, rather than something out of the freezer.

Good luck with the site, it’s usually a great read.

        • It’s ALWAYS a great fucking read, my man. That I guarantee. There’s plenty of non Pearly non Homme and Jack-free content to be found within these pixels. But once my music festival tour of the Summer ends you’ll be seeing some interesting new developments at Antiquiet. We’re going to kick your asses in the best way we know how.

Acoustic #1 sounds especially great. Don’t know what I’d do without this band.

  5. fantastic issues altogether, you simply gained a brand new reader.
What might you suggest in regards to your put up that you simply made a few days in the past?
    Any positive?
